Customer service… We distribute two of the world’s leading brands, and bring them to market at competitive prices, but the single factor that really defines Davidson Hospitality, is customer service.
We will go out of our way to help you achieve your commercial goals and we stand behind all our machines with prompt service and a full range of spare parts in our warehouse.
We also pride ourselves on getting your order on the truck the same day you make the call (although it depends, a bit, on when you place your call). We carry significant stock of all our products, enabling us to move swiftly when the order is placed.

The first 25 years
In 2010 we changed our name from ACS West Vend to Davidson Hospitality. This is part of a broader marketing make-over for the entire group of companies gathered under the Davidson Imports umbrella.
While the name has changed, the team behind it remains the same, as does our commitment to exceptional customer service.
As ACS West Vend, over a period of 25 years, we established ourselves as leaders in the field of Concession Hospitality equipment. Our Promek and Paragon products can be found in commercial venues right throughout the region and are standard specification for many businesses.
As ACS West Vend, we developed an impressive list of businesses who invested in our machines, including: Donut King, Boost juice, Midori, Jose Cuervo, Dairy Farmers, Berri Juice, Goulburn Valley Juice, AMF bowling and Video Ezy.
The machines, the prices and the service all added up to an excellent market offering, and as Davidson Hospitality, we hope to build on this foundation.

We are proud of our heritage, and grateful for the loyalty of our customers. We are confident that our exceptional product lines and great customer service will continue to provide us with a solid platform for growth.
Underpinning all of this, however, is our greatest asset – our people. We place high value on our staff. A couple of team members have been actually with us for over 40 years, which says a lot about the team spirit here at Davidson Hospitality.
We are looking forward to the next 25 years of Slushies, Popcorn, Sno Cones, Cold Drinks and, of course, Fairy Floss. There will always be a place for “Fun” food and refreshment, and where there is, we’ll be lining up to provide the machines and consumables that make it happen.
